In January 2014, fate brought two people together: Michał Kubicki from Kubicki Entertainment, who had the capacity and means, and Piotrek Lekki, who had the will and the energy. This is how the Ron Thal Bumblefoot guitar clinic began a great partnership. Together with Anna Kocot from the Municipal Cultural Centre in Bochnia, this team has organised over 50 concerts and meet and greets with musicians. One can’t help but get the impression that they are only getting started. Some of  the artists who has graced the Bochnia Rocks stage include stars such as: Ron Bumblefoot Thal, TMStevens, Michael Angelo Batio, Uli Jon Roth, Virgil Donati, Jennifer Batten, Andy Timmons, Michael Lee Firkins, Dudley Taft, Marco Mendoza, Stu Hamm, Ewan Dobson, Aristocrats, Yossi Sassi, Alex Skolnick, Simon Phillips, Kip Winger, Vinnie Moore, Paul Gilbert, Doogie White, Neil Zaza, Nazzareno Zacconi, Michael Hill, Nathaniel Peterson, Craig Blundell, Jack Gardiner, Carl Verheyen, and Carmine & Vinny Appice.

The event has gathered great reviews, and has already created a wonderful feeling of music appreciation in the centre of Bochnia. It has been featured in magazines such as Gitarzysta and Top Guitar. The musicians visiting Bochnia are  often surprised by the positive atmosphere during the concerts in this small town near Krakow. Good reviews have poured in from fans arriving from across Poland: Krakow, Lublin, Wrocław, Warsaw, or Gdansk, and we have also had visitors from Slovakia!
